A 5,000 square foot branch was constructed for SunTrust with a detached drive thru. This branch is located at the intersection of Highway 17 and Mathis Ferry Road near the new Arthur Ravenel, Jr. bridge in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

A newly constructed 9,700 square foot branch for Southcoast is located at the intersection of Ashley Phosphate and Dorchester Roads in North Charleston, South Carolina.

EAST SHORE ATHLETIC CLUB $1,500,000


A 20,000 square foot upfit was completed for East Shore Athletic Club's new fitness facility which is located west of the Ashley in Charleston, South Carolina. In downtown Charleston PCG renovated a first floor 9,800 square foot building suite on Wentworth Street to accommodate fitness equipment and workout rooms. At East Shore Athletic Club's Mount Pleasant location, PCG constructed a 4,000 square foot Racquetball Court and Childrens Fitness center addition as well as the renovation of their current spinning room. Exterior updates were also managed by PCG for East Shore Athletic and Racquet Club on Dorchester Road in North Charleston, South Carolina.

CHARLESTON RIVERVIEW HOTEL $3,840,000


The Charleston Riverview Hotel, currently known as the Charleston Mariott Hotel, located on Lockwood Boulevard along the Ashley River in downtown Charleston SC, was updated with exterior and interior renovations. Additions and renovations included a new lobby and entrance area, banquet room, dining room and kitchen.

A retail upfit of two first floor suites on Broad Street in downtown Charleston. The remodel included historical restoration of a brick archway and a brick double fireplace.

The Palmetto Village Center is a 20,000 square foot, 2-story office building. Located on Chuck Dawley Boulevard in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina, this development included all exterior finishes and all interior common areas including a complete office upfit for a local law firm.

A 14,000 square foot medical office building, Trident Executive Village is located adjacent to Trident Medical Center in North Charleston, South Carolina. This project entailed the upfit of multiple tenant suites.

An amenity center was constructed for the Watermark neighborhood in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This amenity center includes a pool, gazebo and trellis, shower and restroom facility.

A 9,800 square foot retail building shell located in North Charleston, South Carolina. The building consisted of structural steel, slab on grade, and masonry exterior. The site work included site lighting, landscaping, parking lots, preparation of 3 future building pads, and underground storm water retention ponds.

A fountain located in Downtown Charleston at the Visitors Center that depicts a Sweet Grass Basket. The granite on the fountain was imported from a quarry in South America.

92 WENTWORTH STREET $276,000


This 3 story Historic Charleston home was originally constructed in the late 1800's and is now owned and operated as student housing by The College of Charleston. In 2007, PCG was contracted to perform the renovation of the original roof system. This project required the removal of the original slate and copper roofing, structural reinforcement of the original roof framing, decking replacement, new vapor barrier, installation of new slate and standing seam copper roofing, copper trim, gutters and downspouts as well as masonry repair and new stucco installation on three original chimneys.

Located in Summerville, South Carolina, this project included the renovation of an existing National Guard maintenance building and the addition of a 10,000 square foot steel frame building.

WILLIAM ENSTON HOMES $4,705,000


This project consists of 13 newly constructed homes that were built to add to the community of 24 existing homes of similar design that make up the William Enston Homes Housing Development which is owned and managed by the City of Charleston. These buildings were designed and constructed to replicate the existing 24 homes on this same site which are listed on the National Historic Registry of homes. This project also included site development, brick paved roadways and other special architectural features that are very prevalent in the historic Charleston Peninsula.

At the USS Yorktown, PCG managed the demolition of existing flight deck systems and installation of new steel plate deck system including demolition and replacement of starboard elevator with new wood deck system. At a later date, PCG also managed the installation of a new passenger elevator, elevator penthouse and a ramp.

EDISTO BEACH STATE PARK $2,612,000


Edisto Beach State Park was built for the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism. The construction project consisted of a building with office space, classrooms, and a public exhibit area as well as an 800 foot long dock allowing guest access to Big Bay Creek. This oceanfront park and education facility is located in the ACE Basin, one of the nation's largest preserved estuaries. This was the first South Carolina LEED certified building constructed and included rigorous on-site inspections to ensure water conservation, non-toxic materials, energy efficiency, and other environmentally friendly features.
