KENDLE, JR.Partner / Managing Agentjohn@pcgllc.net John is a Citadel alumnus with a BS in Civil Engineering. He has in excess of 30 years of experience in the construction industry in which 25 are in the Charleston area. John founded Palmetto Construction Group, LLC in 2001 and in addition to being a partner; he is responsible for the day to day operations of the field. John is a member of the Civil Engineer's Club of Charleston and the Charleston Contractors Association.  JAY HANDEGANPartner / Vice Presidentjay@pcgllc.net Jay has a BS in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina. Jay has worked in the construction industry since 1995 and became a partner of Palmetto Construction Group, LLC in 2003. He manages the ongoing business development; and oversees the project management and office staff.  CAREY DANDRIDGEPartner / Lead Superintendentcarey@pcgllc.net Carey has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since its inception in 2001, and in addition to being a superintendent serves as a liaison between the field workforce and the office.  AMANDA REICHLYNProject Manager / Contracts Administratoramanda@pcgllc.net Amanda graduated with honors from Marshall University with a BA in Business Administration and a MBA from The Citadel. She has been with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since 2003; Amanda manages multiple projects and coordinates all contract documentation. She is a member of the Charleston Contractors Association and is currently studying for her LEED Certification.  MATT ROBBINSSenior Project Manager / Estimatormatt@pcgllc.net Matt has a BS degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University. He has been with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since 2006 and has worked in the Charleston area construction industry since 1995. Responsibilities include business development, Owner / Client relations, design / build negotiations as well as overseeing all project management and estimating operations.  GIL JACKSONProject Manager / Estimatorgil@pcgllc.net Gil has a BS in Forestry from Clemson University. He has been with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since 2002 and is responsible for estimating and managing multiple projects. Gil is a member of the Charleston Contractors Association, Ducks Unlimited, and the Charleston Chamber of Commerce.  MANDI PENDERGRASSOffice Manager / Human Resource Directormandi@pcgllc.net Mandi has a BA in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and has been with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since 2006. She manages and coordinates all office operations including marketing, human resources and business management. Mandi is a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association.  KASSY PETERSONAccounting Managerkathryn@pcgllc.net Kassy graduated with honors with a BS in Mathematics from the College of Charleston. She is responsible for the day to day company accounting management activities and business financial analysis. Kassy has been with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since 2006.  SKYLAR ASHBYProject Engineerskylar@pcgllc.net Skylar has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Physics from the University of South Carolina. He has worked with Palmetto Construction Group, LLC since 2006 and is an onsite project engineer. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and has achieved the honor of Eagle Scout.  RICHARD CONEManaging PartnerPalmetto Construction Group of Myrtle Beach, LLC richard@pcgllc.net In August 2007 Richard Cone helped to form PCG of Myrtle Beach, LLC to expand the business to Georgetown and Horry Counties. Richard graduated from Clemson University in 1995 with a degree in economics and has been in the construction industry for the past seven years.  BEN SMITHProject Manager / Estimatorben@pcgllc.net Ben has a BS degree in Construction Science and Management with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University. He has been in the Charleston area construction industry since 1999. Responsibilities include business development, Owner / Client relations, and design / build negotiations. He is a past president of the Charleston Contractors Association (2007), Clemson in the Lowcountry (2007-2008), and Clemson Young Alumni (2006). He also serves on the building and grounds committee at St Michaels Episcopal Church. |
